Can My Doctor Cure Diabetes

No, your doctor can not cure diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is it does not effectively force glucose into the cells. About 5% of the diabetics are type 1, it is caused by destruction of the insulin-producing cells of the pancreas (beta cells). Type 2 diabetes make up the 90% of other diabetics. 90% of diabetes are overweight and that is the prime cause of diabetes type 2.

If you want to control your diabetes type 2 then you should try the following:

  • Drink at least 8 cups of clean water daily.
  • Exercise 30 minutes each day,walking is a good and easy exercise.
  • Get a good diet and follow the foods that are good for you.
  • Lose Weight. 90% of type 2 diabetics are overweight. You can put your diabetes in remission by losing weight.
  • Eat Wholesome Natural Foods. Try eating unprocessed foods. Fresh fruits, vegetables, chicken, turkey, fish, meat effs, and bread. Try dried beans and brown rice.
  • Eat the correct proportions.
  • Make sure that you get enough vitamins, Vitamin C 500 mg. Vitamin B-6 600 mg, vitamin B-12, Vitamin E 400 mg.

These are some of the things that can help you control your diabetes type 2.

Diabetes can cause complications:

  • Circulatory system, heart disease, stroke, poor circulation to the feet and hands. 80% of Type 2 Diabetics die from heart disease.
  • Shriveling of the tiny blood vessels, which would cause problems to the eyes.
  • Kidney complications, or nephropathy.
  • Nerve damage, tingling, painful like pins and needles sensations to hands and feet.
  • Nerve damage to bladder, intestines, or sexual organs.
  • Ulcers in the leg and foot, which may be a result of the diabetes.

Research has shown that diabetes type 2 is the result of our modern day lifestyle.

  1. Obesity.
  2. Too much of refined carbohydrates with not enough fiber to slow don the absorption of the sugar.
  3. Sedentary lifestyle.  You need to exercise and walking is good for you.
  4. Take more minerals in your diet.
  5. Don't eat too much fat, and the wrong kind of fat is extremely harmful.

Will, thanks for your comment this is a serious disease here in the US and people need to pay attention and take better care of themselves. I hope that somebody will take heed and do something about their own body's needs.
